Oriundo de esas tierras que desde siglos atrás sobresalieron por sus cocinas hasta convertirse referentes de la gastronomía mundial, monsieur Jacques Truyol, el chef, sigue recibiendo en su local con platos irresistibles al paladar, que cocina de forma lenta y minuciosa; quizá el secreto de la esplendidez de los sabores galos; y que él espera que los comensales consuman despacio y disfrutando. El bisquê de langosta; la ensalada de lucullus con foíe-gras a la plancha y boletus edulis salteados; los caracoles a la bourgnignone; el hojaldre de mollejas de cordero; el añojo; el tournedos...Ahora tiene un anexo: el „Mini Domini“ que abrirá los veranos, cuando cierra el restaurante, con precios bajos de platos pequeños excepcionales.

Anno Domini is a hostel of pleasure where the culinary crativity of new time has been made to overflow: for many years in these Owens, the particular inventive richness of monsieur Jaques Truyol, the Chef proprietor, has flourished. The finest overseas clientele arrive as far as here and at night the most inflexible Canarian taste worshipping parishioners take a seat, those gourmets and implacable sweet lovers of whom we ourselves are a part. In this tower of Babel, Scandinavian, German, French, Spanish and English whispers are heard, whilst wine from particular harvests and cultivation is uncorked. Anno Domini ist eine Herberge des Genusses, die voller kulinarischer Kreativität der modernen Zeit sprudelt: seit Jahren erblühen in ihren Töpfen die ideenreichen einzigartigen Köstlichkeiten des Moniseur Jacques Truyol, Chef u. Inhaber des Hauses. Hierher kommen erlesene Gäste aus Übersee und am Abend sieht man hier vor allem die geschmacklich anspruchsvollen kanarischen Bürger, jene strengen Sybariten u. Feinschmecker, zu denen auch wir gehören. In diesem lebhaften Haus hört man skandinavische, deutsche, französische, spanische u. Englische Töne, während man gute Weine aus sorgfältiger Ernte entkorkt. Jacques bietet klassisch zubereitete Gerichte, alle hausgemacht, die Geist und Gaumen verwöhnen, wie z.
